- rafieotakalmost 8 yearsHave you ever heard someone say, "There's no crying in baseball," it is because of the famous quote in this movie. It's what it's mostly known for.
- rafieotakalmost 8 yearsThis movie is about these professional baseball players that leave the league during World War II. Very few people were in the league. Of course, you may know that at this time that women weren't as free as they are now, their purpose is to be housewives while the men worked. They were not believed to be athletic. Although people were desperate to watch a good old baseball game. So it was decided...there was to be a league with just women. There are many people on the team, but it is mostly about Dottie and her little sister, Kit. Dottie and Kit were very close, although they were picked to be on different teams, and there started a rivalry. Join the adventures of the two teams in A League of their Own.
